Home game Saturday 17th September 2011 v Scotter Junior Sharks at Broughton Junior School, KO 10am. Could I ask players to get there for 9.30am so that the team can have a proper pre-match warm up session.

For players information, starting from 20th September 2011, there will be an award at each training session for the trainer of the week. Each player that wins this award will keep this award for the full week and then return it back when the next training session takes place.This award will be decided by the coaching staff.

Trainer of the week award given out at training on 20/09/2011 was awarded to Jack McInnes, due to his 100% commitment and wanting to learn.Well done.Each award issued will go towards the yearly merrit award given out at the end of the season.

04/10/2011 Trainer of the week goes to Bailey Clark.With Bailey only taking over the goalkeeping shirt this season,he is getting better each training session.In this training session,Bailey pulled off some good saves,which included a penalty save.Well done Bailey.

11/10/2011 Trainer of the week went to Pacey Whitaker.Pacey gave 100% effort during this training session,and listened to everything that he was asked to do and completed it.

18/10/2011 Trainer of the week went to Declan Southern.Declan is a player that always tries his best in every training session,and he is developing into a good little player.He has the ability to take a player on which normally creates a scoring chance.

25/10/2011 Trainer of the week went to Kian Wright.Wrighty did very well even though we wasn’t feeling 100% due to a recent illness,and deserved his award with his never say die attitude,and his commitment to perform to the best of his ability.

08/11/2011 Trainer of the week went to William Lamming.Will trained very hard in this training session and felt that he listened to everything and completed all the training tasks well.Will also gave 100% commitment,where he never gave up.

16/12/2011 Xmas Football bowling party at Ashby Bowling on 16/12/2011. between 6pm and 8pm.£8 per child is the fee,so should be a good night.

Broughton Ravers Under 9′s have been given the oportunity to play at half time at Glanford Park,during the Scunthorpe United home on 3rd March 2012.It will be a good experience for all the players and is a reward for all there efforts throughout this season.They will play Messingham Under 9′s in a 10 minute match.
